All large items, including every swing, are shipped by freight and arrive to the address you specify 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. Shipping and handling costs are included in the price of your swing. HammMade Furniture is NOT responsible for any errors in the shipping address you provide! Please check for accuracy before you submit your order. Any additional shipping/handling costs that occur after the time you place your order will incur charges that you are responsible for.
Our swings are packaged and handled securely to ensure that you receive them without damage. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment. You have the right to refuse a shipment if you believe your order has been damaged. HOWEVER, ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR HAMMMADE PRODUCT AND SIGN FOR IT, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN ADDRESSING ANY DAMAGES OR ARRANGING RETURN SHIPPING. Please check your item thoroughly at the time of arrival, before you sign for it!
Please remember that our products can weigh up to 250 lbs and that you will likely need assistance to move your swing or other large furniture item from the drop-off point to the installation point. The freight driver is unable to assist you with this.
Hammmade Furniture does not ordinarily ship internationally. Please contact us if you would like to request an international shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
All Swings are considered “custom” and built to order. Once an order is placed, we begin to produce it immediately and refunds are not available. However, we guarantee our work and are happy to discuss a replacement/improvement if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your swing, up to the cost of parts and labor.
Refunds and Exchanges:
HammMade Furniture guarantees our workmanship. Most of our products, including all swings, are considered custom orders. We can make exchanges and improvement, but we cannot provide a refund. Please contact us directly if you have a concern with about one of our products. If you would like to return a non-custom product, we require that you return your item within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a refund for your product, minus a 50% processing fee and shipping costs.
